How long does Kasey Great, Inc. take to ship my order?

 

All orders placed on Monday through Friday before 2pm (PST) will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 2pm PST or on the weekend will ship the next business day. 

 

Do you charge Sales Tax?

 

We are required to collect Sales Taxes from the state of California.  If you do not live in the state of California, you will not be charged Sales Tax on your order.

 

I live in California. Why am I being charged Sales Tax?

 

Kasey Great, Inc. is based in California.  By law, we are required to collect State Sales Tax on any shipment that is shipped inside the state of California.  The sales tax rate for the state of California is 7.75%.

 

Free Merchandise and Samples

 

Free Merchandise and Samples are Nonrefundable, NO Exchange and have a cash value of $.0001.  Due to the limited nature of the free merchandise and samples, we regret that we are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one, or if one is missing from your order.  Free Merchandise and Samples are limited and change often.

 

Does Kasey Great, Inc. match the prices of its competitors?

 

Kasey Great, Inc. has the best prices for Authentic Merchandise and will match or beat our competitor's prices when they are offering equivalent products. However, Kasey Great, Inc. will not match our competitors that sell counterfeit merchandise.

 

Back Orders

 

We will make every effort to ensure that the merchandises listed online are in stock and available for shipping.  In the event that we are unable to fill your order immediately, we will contact you with an estimated time of when the merchandise will be in stock.  If we are unable to fulfill your order promptly or the item is no longer available, and we have already charged your account. We will issue a full refund immediately.  In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

 

 

How do I know you sell legitimate merchandise?

 

We actively inspect all merchandises we receive and have very strict internal guidelines for the receiving and inspection of merchandise.  We guarantee all of our products to be 100% authentic or your money back.  We absolutely do not sell counterfeit products.

 

What does OEM mean?

 

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) software is Full Version (non-upgrade) software which includes the CD-ROM, the Certificate of Authenticity (COA), a condensed manual, a software license, and the product key codes. These elements are all you will need to load and run the software. The software runs exactly the same way as the full retail version (including automatic updates.) The main differences between OEM and Retail Box software are:

 

OEM software does not qualify for technical support from manufacturer.

 

OEM software does not come with a Retail Box.  Some software and hardware manufacturers or copyright holders prefer that hardware (sometimes specific hardware) be purchased with their OEM products. Kasey Great, Inc. does not have affiliations or agreements with any of these manufacturers or copyright holders relating to OEM distribution and therefore does not require the purchase of hardware when purchasing OEM software.

 

What does DSP stand for?

 

Delivery Service Partner (DSP) is a type of OEM software which is non-branded. An example of branded software would be software which has the "Compaq" logo printed somewhere on the software. DSP software will have no such logos printed anywhere on the software.

 

What does COA mean?

 

Certificate of Authenticity. This confirms that the product was legitimately manufactured.

 

How can I cancel my online order?


You can cancel an order by contacting our Customer Service Department.  All orders can be cancelled on the day that they are placed.  If it is too late to cancel an order, you can always return the item to us within 15 days of purchase.  Please see our Return Policy for more information.

 

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Kasey Great, Inc within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange less shipping and handling fee.  Products for return or exchange must be in new condition with all accessories, packing materials, disks, key codes, cards, manuals and any other materials included.  We will not accept returns of product which has been opened unless the product is defective. Defective product will be replaced with the exact same product. 

We also will not take the return of OEM software with visible Key Codes located on the outside of the software package.

Kasey Great, Inc. reserves the right to deny the return of any product we deem tampered with at our discretion.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies

 

The information on our website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability.  We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order).  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
